dc.description.abstractTo explore whether insulin resistance, assessed by estimated glucose disposal rate (eGDR), is associated with cardiorenal risk and whether it modifies finerenone efficacy. Insulin resistance was associated with increased cardiovascular (but not kidney) risk and did not modify finerenone efficacy.
