This study explores how artificial intelligence (AI), when implemented from a humanistic perspective, can support financial education in alignment with the values of the Fifth Industrial Revolution (5IR) (Xu et al., 2018). Based on a realistic simulation conducted within a Master’s in Financial Management program (European University, 2025), the research addresses AI's potential to promote ethical decision-making and experiential learning using the UMushroom platform (UMushroom, 2025).
