Albert Bandura: Impacto en la educación de la teoría cognitiva social del aprendizaje

Abstract

En este artículo resumimos las principales contribuciones del psicólogo canadiense Albert Bandura, el más reconocido de todos los psicólogos vivos. Destacamos, dentro de su teoría cognitivo social del aprendizaje, dos fenómenos por sus múltiples implicaciones educativas: el aprendizaje vicario o por modelos y la autoeficacia.

This article summarizes the core aspects of the social cognitive theory of learning proposed by the Canadian psychologist Albert Bandura. Within his social cognitive theory, we highlight two phenomena with multiple implications for education: the vicarious or observational learning and the self-efficacy.
