Abstract
The presence of several populations of Orthotrichum scanicum Gronv. from the Spanish
Pyrenees and the NW of the Iberian Peninsula is reported. Comments on the ecology of the species
are given, including the first record of this moss on rock.
Se da a conocer la presencia de varias poblaciones de Orthotrichum scanicum en los Pirineos españoles y en el cuadrante Noroccidental de la Península Ibérica. Se aportan diversos comentarios acerca de la ecología del taxon, incluyendo el primer hallazgo del mismo sobre roca.
