Abstract
La integración de estas vistas TG en la evaluación habitual de la OI, combinada con ecocardiografía tridimensional, imagen multiplanar y Doppler color, optimiza la detección de trombos y mejora la planificación de procedimientos intervencionistas. Aunque no siempre es posible obtener vistas TG, su inclusión en la secuencia del examen de pacientes sin contraindicación y con adecuada calidad de imagen mejora significativamente la capacidad diagnóstica
Integration of these TG views into routine LAA evaluation, combined with three-dimensional echocardiography, multiplanar imaging, and color Doppler, optimizes thrombus detection and improves planning of interventional procedures. Although it is not always possible to obtain TG views, their inclusion in the examination sequence of patients without contraindication and with adequate image quality significantly improves the diagnostic capacity.
