dc.description.abstractThe aim of this work is to present the results obtained of the continuous assessment on the well-known end achieved by students and to compare them with that punctuation obtained with the method of traditional evaluation based on an alone final examination. A group of 25 students in his third course of the Business Management and Law Degree were evaluated during the second term of the academic course 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 in the subject of Civil Law, royal Laws with 6 ECTS. The quarter this one distributed in 12 didactic units, every unit consists theoretically, later a few questions are realized to be answered by the pupils on the studied theory, and one or several practical cases related to the material provided in each of the units. At the end of the quarter an examination is realized. The results show that the continuous assessment evaluates the work of the student on the entire quarter better than the alone final examination.spa
