Feria sobre la evolución del pensamiento administrativo. The Evolution of Management Fair

Abstract

Dentro del temario de la asignatura “administración de empresas” existe un capítulo que se basa en el conocimiento de la evolución de la teoría administrativa. Dado que se trata de un tema extenso y complejo –que se debe desarrollar obligatoriamente en inglés-, se propone esta actividad docente para de ayudar al alumno a su mejor comprensión y que, al mismo tiempo, pueda desarrollar determinadas competencias. En definitiva, se pretende que los alumnos comprendan y analicen, de forma innovadora, las principales teorías que forman parte de la evolución del pensamiento administrativo y perciban su importancia a la hora de sentar las bases de la cienciaWithin the subject “business administration” there is one topic of great importance, which covers the study of the evolution of management theory. Given the broad scope and complexity of the subject, this activity was developed in order to help the students understand better the topic whilst also developing communication competencies. In summary, the aim was to make the students comprehend and analyze the main theories, which form part of the evolution of management thinking in an innovative way, and also helping them perceive the importance of these theories within the area of management science.
