Precisión y velocidad de lanzamiento en función de la oposición y nivel competitivo en balonmano

Abstract

El presente estudio analizó la relación entre la precisión y la velocidad en el lanzamiento sin y con oposición en juga- dores de balonmano con diferente nivel competitivo. Para ello, noventa y cuatro (n=94) jugadores de élite, amateur y sub-18, fueron evaluados en dos pruebas de lanzamiento, sin (P ) y con oposición del portero (P ). El análisis de resultados reflejó diferencias significativas en la velocidad de lanzamiento según el grado de precisión en P1 (F 3, 184 = 4,325; p<0,01) y P2 (F 4, 183 = 32,945; p<0,01), constatándose un descenso en la velocidad de lanzamiento conforme aumenta la precisión. Estas diferencias fueron confirmadas en cada grupo, salvo en P1 en el grupo de élite. El estudio correlacional entre la precisión y la velocidad mostró valores negativos y significativos en ambas pruebas (P1: r=-0,646; p<0,05; P2: r=-0,691; p<0,01). En los tres grupos los valores de correlación de P2 fueron mayores que los de P1. Se confirma una relación significativa y negativa entre la velocidad y precisión del lanzamiento, sobre todo en P . Igualmente, se constata que la velocidad de lanzamiento influye significativa y negativamente en la precisión, más con oposición que sin ella, y en menor medida en jugadores de élite.

The present study analyzed the relationship between the accuracy and throwing velocity with and without opposition in handball players with different competitive level. For this purpose, ninety-four elite, amateur and under-18 players (n=94) were evaluated in two throwing tests, without (P ) and with goalkeeper opposition (P ). The analysis of results showed significant differences in the throwing velocity according to the degrees of precision in P1 (F 3, 184 = 4.325, p <0.01) y P2 (F 4, 183 = 32.945, p <0.01), observing a decrease in throwing velocity with increasing precision. These differences were also observed in each group, except in P1 in the elite group. The correlation study between accuracy and velocity showed significant negative values in both tests (P1: r =- 0.646, p<0.05. P2: r =- 0.691, p<0.01). In the three groups, the correlation values were higher with opposition than without opposition. Therefore, a significant negative relationship between accuracy and throwing velocity was confirmed, especially in P . Similarly, the throwing velocity significantly and negatively affects the accuracy throwing, more with opposition and lesser extent in elite players.
