Abstract
Muscle and joint pumps are important lymphatic fluid return enhancing mechanisms. They are influenced by active
muscle work and both active and passive kinesiotherapy. Unstable shoes by activating the muscles in the lower limbs take part in the
activation of these mechanisms. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of unstable shoes in patients with lower limb lymphedema on volumen and quality of life.
