El súper. A propósito de las medidas legislativas urgentes sobre vivienda y alquiler

Abstract

La vivienda es necesaria para el ser humano. La legislación, por tanto, ha tenido que regularla de modo casi obligado y, en España, en 2019, ha habido una regulación polémica que la afecta de lleno. En concreto, el Real Decreto-Ley 7/2019, de 1 de marzo (RCL 2019, 349), de medidas urgentes en materia de vivienda y alquiler. El arrendamiento de viviendas es la cuestión principal que aborda esa norma, por lo que se ha elegido para ilustrar tal situación la comedia El Súper, interpretada por Joe Pesci, en la que se trata el alquiler de los pisos de un mismo inmueble.Housing is necessary for the human being. Therefore, legislative measures have been adopted to regulate it in an almost obligatory way. In Spain, a controversial regulation that fully affects it has been passed in 2019. Specifically, Royal Decree-Law 7/2019, of 1 March (RCL 2019, 349), on urgent measures in the field of housing and rent. The lease of houses is the main issue that addresses this rule. That is the reason why we have chosen the comedy The Super, played by Joe Pesci, a property owner that rents all the apartments of the same property.
