Abstract
Today’s metacities are formed by liquid and velocity mechanisms, understanding the changes they have to suffer due to collective inhabitants, being in this way capable of mutating at great speed. In these cities, (Virilio), the inhabitant mutates into a spectator, and from its optimistic presence observes the fascinating future that is present in a continuous way, without a rest. In its sweet happening, it happens what Deleuze expressed: nothing is more disturbing than the constant movements of what seems motionless . Cities that appear to be motionless, that generate a spatial multiplicity ; are the paradigm of the great mirror of production of the xxi Century (Baudrillard). They are no longer produced in those places as they do not longer exist, not are there reasons for them to be remembered, when they inevitably disappear.
