Abstract
TheEPICO(SpanishgeneralregistryofCOVID-19inchildren)-SEHOP(SpanishSocietyofPediatricHematologyandOncology)platformgathersdatafromchildrenwith SARS-CoV-2inSpain,allowingcomparisonbetweenchildrenwithcancerorallogeneic hematopoieticstemcelltransplantation(alloHSCT)andthosewithout.Theinfection ismilderinthecancer/alloHSCTgroupthaninchildrenwithoutcomorbidities(7.1% vs.14.7%), except inchildrenwithrecentalloHSCT(lessthan300days),ofwhich 35.7%experiencedsevereCOVID-19.ThesedatahavebeensharedwiththeSEHOP memberstosupporttreatmentandisolationpoliciesakintothoseforchildrenwithoutcancer,exceptforthosewithrecentalloHSCToradditionalcomorbidities.This highlightsthecollaborativeregistriespotentialinmanagingpandemicemergencies.
