Abstract
The concept of continuity, related to the passage of time and its opposite, concentration, as that which does not extend, which are grouped to produce a compact and limited in body size and shape, form two worlds, which are always present in the universe of artistic action. Continuity versus concentration, are two concepts at opposite principle, but that intermingle and that most of the time are present without being discovered. Ask architecture and other disciplines of art, these two figures are handled continuously. Continuity and concentration, opposite or complementary, are two ideas that lead us to the field of generality. This work is imposed accept the risk of selecting specific examples in its apparent disconnection may be able to serve on the task of planning. “Continuity”. The air space around us is continuous ... or maybe count with infinite fragments. “Concentration”. 22. Black Square. Kasimir Malevich. / This painting, whose dimension is 79.5 X 79.5 cm, it is a perfectly square black surface on a white background framing it, without any other element or motif. scary, black square!
