Abstract

The Orgasm Rating Scale (ORS) assesses the subjective orgasm experience across affective, sensory, intimacy, and rewards dimensions. This study examined the Spanish version’s measurement invariance in monosexual (attracted to one gender) and plurisexual (attracted to more than one gender) men and women, compared subjective orgasm experience dimensions by gender and sexual relationship history, and analyzed associations with orgasm parameters (ability to reach orgasm and orgasm satisfaction). A sample of 1,975 cisgender participants was evaluated.
