Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) incidence among people with HIV (PWH) has fallen in many high-income settings, yet residual risk persists, and tools to identify those still vulnerable are limited. This study aimes to evaluate TB incidence trends, identify risk factors, and develop a predictive score in PWH in Spain.
