Abstract

The ICBL methodology is oriented according to a realistic action that places the student in a process into similar conditions to those he/she may face in a real professional assignment. Main objective of this teaching practice is an overall integration in continuity of the Bachelor's Degree in Foundations of Architecture and the Master's Degree in Architecture as a fundamental work of the integrated curriculum, as the capacity for formal research and architectural projection that the Final Degree Project develops and its focus on research capacity. The integrated challenge based learning (ICBL) methodology is an educational innovation that is based on an integrated intervention for the different branches of the training of the architects of the future, for the development of knowledge and skills from an integrated response to specific needs arising from a complex problem at project level, and the need to achieve the ability to draft basic and implementation projects.
