Abstract
análisis histórico, inicialmente a escala ciudad,
aproximándose al entorno cercano para
posteriormente centrarse en el bien catalogado;
There is a research on the evolution of the needs of the building and its consequent adaptation according to the improvement of higher education at university level. The buildings used for higher education, particularly in technical instruction, have suffered an architectural evolution intrinsically linked to the evolution of higher education. There are two types of analysis: the detailed analysis of the evolution of the technical teachings, and a second historical analysis of the own offices and their environments. The historical analysis arises initially to scale city, approaching the nearby to later focus on the listed good, environment where the peculiarities of the school of roadworks have been studied since its inception, through its different locations, to the construction of the former headquarters at the Cerrillo in San Blas.
