Abstract
La construcción de entornos educativos saludables implica
integrar la salud del personal docente y no docente, así como de los estudiantes. El concepto de bienestar personal involucra aspectos tanto físicos como psicológicos, y se encuentra conectado con la denominada
inteligencia emocional. La formación del profesorado debería incorporar
de un modo práctico el desarrollo de competencias emocionales junto con
recursos para un mayor bienestar personal. Esto, sin duda, redundaría en
la creación de entornos de enseñanza / aprendizaje más saludables y fructíferos,
que ayudaran al desarrollo socioemocional del alumnado. En este
trabajo se presentan algunos resultados de una investigación realizada en
un contexto universitario en el que se impartió formación a los docentes
mediante herramientas basadas en el trabajo corporal y la comunicación
no verbal. La metodología cualitativa fue la utilizada; el análisis de los
datos obtenidos de las reflexiones, tanto individuales como grupales,
permitieron establecer diversas unidades de significado. Los docentes
muestran la necesidad y el deseo de recibir una formación permanente
que les permita reflexionar sobre sus patrones y actitudes corporales, y
aprender recursos para el control del estrés, así como para mejorar las
relaciones interpersonales en el entorno laboral.
The construction of educational healthy environments implies integrating the health of the educational and not educational personnel, as well as of the students. The concept of personal well-being involves both physical and psychological aspects, and is connected by what is called emotional intelligence. The formation of the professorship should incorporate in a practical way the development of emotional competitions together with resources for a major personal well-being. This, undoubtedly would benefit the creation of healthier and profitable education / learning environments, which will help the socioemocional development of the students. In this paper they present some results of an investigation done in a university context in which formation was given to the teachers with tools based on corporal work and non verbal communication. The qualitative methodology was the elected; the analysis of the information obtained of the reflections, both individually as a group, allowed to establish diverse units of meaning. The teachers point out the need and the desire to receive a permanent training to allow them to think over their patterns and corporal attitudes and to learn resources for the stress management, as well as to improve the interpersonal relations in the job environment.
