Abstract
The house as a prelinguistic area of architecture plays a leading role in shaping privacy and, consequently, is a necessary collaborator of its anomalies. Entering domestic interior –interrupting the pri-vacy of its inhabitant during his absence–, stealing inadvertently the vision of the privacy of others, or making the interior of the house a complete and self-sufficient world in which to withdraw, are the situations in which space results, in the shadow, decisive.
