Abstract

The article discusses injury prevention and trends in youth resistance training. It explores the different risk factors for youth resistance training injury such as the diagnosis of growth cartilage as well as improper use of equipment. According to the authors, most of the cases of athletes who suffered this injury were caused by accidents that can be prevented with increased adherence to stricter safety guidelines and supervision of coaches.
