Abstract
La situación laboral de mujeres y hombres en el sector deportivo ha sido tradicionalmente diferente, influenciada principalmente por factores como la maternidad o aspectos culturales. El objetivo de esta investigación fue explorar la situación laboral de mujeres y hombres que ocupan cargos directivos en organizaciones deportivas ubicadas en la Comunidad de Madrid (España). Para ello, se encuestó a una muestra de 401 participantes (200 mujeres y 201 hombres) de diversas organizaciones deportivas, tanto públicas como privadas. Se aplicó un cuestionario para recopilar datos sobre su situación laboral, los cuales fueron analizados mediante la prueba de Chi-cuadrado, el coeficiente Phi o el coeficiente de contingencia (CC).
The labor situation of women and men in the sports sector has traditionally been different, affected mainly by factors, such as motherhood or cultural aspects. The aim of this research was to explore the labor situation of women and men who hold managerial positions within sports organizations located in the Community of Madrid (Spain). For this purpose, a sample of 401 participants (200 women and 201 men) from various public and private sports organizations was surveyed. A questionnaire was applied for collecting data on their labor situation and analyzed with the Chi-square test, the Phi coefficient, or the Contingency coefficient (CC).
