The effects on student learning indicate that student perception has improved and biases have been reduced in both modalities. For boxing, in the variables related to the acquisition of knowledge (p=.03), development of skills (p=.01) and improvement of attitudes (p=.01), and in case of taekwondo, significance is seen in the items related to the acquisition of knowledge (p=.01), improvement of attitudes (p=.02), and development of skills (p=.04) in this order. A positive relationship is observed between the gender of the students and the items for both sports, with girls being higher on improving attitudes, while boys are higher on acquiring specific skills and knowledge.spa
