Predicting anxiety in secondary school teachers: A transdiagnostic approach. European Journal of Investigation in Health, Psychology and Education, 16(8), 112. https://doi.org/10.3390/ejihpe160801122254-9625https://hdl.handle.net/11268/17453Teacher mental health is a growing concern due to the high emotional and professional demands of teaching. Anxiety is particularly prevalent among teachers, yet it is often conceptualized as a unitary construct, overlooking its multidimensional nature. Findings support a transdiagnostic framework and highlight the central role of psychological processes, particularly intolerance of uncertainty and fear of negative evaluation, in explaining teacher anxiety. Interventions targeting these shared mechanisms may contribute to improving teachers’ mental health and wellbeing.engAttribution 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/Ciencias Jurídicas, Educación y HumanidadesAnsiedadAdaptación PsicológicaEstudios TransversalesPredicting Anxiety in Secondary School Teachers: A Transdiagnostic Approachjournal article10.3390/ejihpe16080112open accessCiencias socialesPsicologíaPsicología de la educaciónGoal 3: Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all agesGoal 4: Quality educationGoal 8: Promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment and decent work for all
