MS is associated with measurable alterations in multiple acoustic domains, particularly reflecting vocal instability and reduced phonatory capacity. These parameters may serve as noninvasive and accessible markers for the early detection and monitoring of neuromotor dysfunction in MS. Standardized assessment protocols and integration with clinical voice evaluations are necessary to enhance the diagnostic value of these markers.engEnfermedades AutoinmunesEsclerosis MúltipleEspasticidad MuscularVoice Alterations in Multiple Sclerosis: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis of Acoustic Parametersjournal article10.1016/j.jvoice.2025.10.017embargoed accessCiencias médicasNeurologíaDesarrollo motorGoal 3: Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all agesGoal 4: Quality educationGoal 9: Build resilient infrastructure, promote sustainable industrialization and foster innovationGoal 10: Reduce inequality within and among countries
