Predictors of coronary spasm in patients with chest pain and no significant coronary stenosis. International Journal of Cardiology, 143(3), 428-430.18741754http://hdl.handle.net/11268/849We studied 346 patients with normal or near-normal coronary arteries using the ergonovine provocative test (EPT). EPT produced spasm in 69 patients (20%). Baseline ECG and ECG changes during chest pain had no relation with the presence of spasm. Vasospasm during follow-up (mean 39 ± 24 months) was more frequent in patients with a positive EPT (28 vs. 2%, P < .001).engChest Pain/*DiagnosisChest Pain/*EpidemiologyCoronary Vasospasm/*DiagnosisCoronary Vasospasm/*EpidemiologyCoronary StenosisErgonovine/Diagnostic UseFemaleHumansIncidenceMaleMiddle AgedPredictive Value of TestsRisk FactorsPredictors of coronary spasm in patients with chest pain and no significant coronary stenosisjournal article10.1016/j.ijcard.2008.12.021restricted accessEnfemedad cardiovascular
