In March 2020, Spain was paralyzed to deal with the COVID 19 pandemic. Numerous countries confined their populations for the purpose of viral containment. Health systems collapsed and the confinement had a strong social, health and economic impact. At that time, digital forms of communication in medicine increased, imposing new healthcare realities such as teleconsultation. COVID-19 is a multisystemic disease, with heterogeneous clinical manifestations, and some patients develop sequelae of various kinds that require rehabilitation: physiotherapy is playing a fundamental role in the recovery of COVID-19 patients. During the confinement, a telematic respiratory physiotherapy program was initiated for those patients who had suffered from the disease and remained at home with residual dyspnea and respiratory sequelae without access to face-to-face care.
