Effectiveness of non-pharmacological interventions for hormone therapy-induced hand arthralgia in breast cancer patients: A systematic review. Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine, 31, 2515690X261423036. https://doi.org/10.1177/2515690X2614230362515-690Xhttps://hdl.handle.net/11268/17391Aromatase inhibitor–induced arthralgia (AIA) is a frequent adverse effect of endocrine therapy in breast cancer survivors, often leading to treatment modification or discontinuation. Non-pharmacological interventions have been proposed to manage AIA, but evidence remains fragmented. Acupuncture and structured exercise show the strongest evidence of benefit for managing AIA, though overall methodological quality remains moderate. Further well-designed trals with standardized outcomes and longer follow-up are needed to guide clinical implementation and to explore underrepresented approaches such as occupational therapy.engAttribution-NonCommercial 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/FisioterapiaNeoplasias de la MamaInhibidores de AromatasaTerapias ComplementariasEffectiveness of Non-Pharmacological Interventions for Hormone Therapy-Induced Hand Arthralgia in Breast Cancer Patients: A Systematic Reviewjournal article10.1177/2515690X261423036open accessCiencias médicasCáncerRehabilitación médicaGoal 3: Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all agesGoal 5: Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girlsGoal 10: Reduce inequality within and among countries
