This study examined cardiorespiratory responses during the six-minute walk test (6MWT) in 163 older women with musculoskeletal pain, grouped by physical activity level. Heart rate, dyspnoea, and oxygen saturation were measured, along with pain, sarcopenia, frailty, and motivation to exercise. Results showed that lower physical activity was associated with higher heart rate, greater dyspnoea, and lower oxygen saturation. Sarcopenia, pain, and motivation also influenced these outcomes.
