Over 23 sessions, ACT strategies promoted psychological flexibility, values-based parenting, and adaptive behaviors. The intervention reduced the child’s experiential avoidance, anxiety, and depressive symptoms, while increasing value-oriented actions, while the mother showed improved psychological flexibility and life satisfaction.engAttribution 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/Trastornos de ansiedadAnsiedad de separaciónTerapia de aceptación y compromisoAn Intervention Based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Childhood Separation Anxiety: A Case Studyjournal article10.3390/bs16010082open accessInvestigación médicaInvestigación psicológicaRelación padres-hijosGoal 3: Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages
