VIII International Conference of Educational Innovation in Building, 77–78.978-84-18255-68-7http://hdl.handle.net/11268/13055Visitors perception of urban environments is variable, with its main determinants being architectural design, the quality of social spaces, and environmental respect and commitment. These three parameters play a fundamental role in the visitor's conceptualization of a secure, sustainable, and appealing city to visit. However, these may not always be the priority parameters for residents in these areas. This approach focuses on intervention in existing elements and inner regeneration as a means of integration through the consensus of both resident and visitor communitiesspaArchitectural, urban and virtual material intervention in touristic environments for community integration for residents and visitorsconference outputrestricted accessArquitecturaConservación de los bienes culturalesIndustria turísticaGoal 9: Build resilient infrastructure, promote sustainable industrialization and foster innovationGoal 16: Promote just, peaceful and inclusive societies
